Membership Application

Please fill out the form below to apply for WIAA membership. We will review your application and contact you within 5-7 business days. You will get a copy of your responses sent to your email.
An initiation fee of $30 is required to be sent after submitting. If your appliation is rejected, you will be reimbursed. You can pay via Zelle at wiaa3311@gmail.com or via check mailed to Veita Dennis, 2015 E Seven Mile Road, Detroit, MI, 48234.
