Membership Application

Please fill out the form below to apply for WIAAM Inc. membership. We will review your application and contact you within 5-7 business days. A copy of your responses will be sent to your email.

An initiation fee of $30 is typically required, but is WAIVED at this time.

If your application is accepted or rejected, you will be notified. After approval, you can pay your membership fee via Zelle at wiaa3311@gmail.com or via check mailed to WIAA c/o Veita Dennis, 2015 E Seven Mile Road, Detroit, MI, 48234.
